A leading Buy a bicycle ltd company are looking to hire a bookkeeper/office & accounts administrator on a full time and part time basis to join their growing firm. Specific bookkeeping and office management experience are needed.

You will also be involved with general office administration and marketing duties.

Book-keeping Duties

Posting of invoices to our accounting software & General bookkeeping
Assisting with payroll operations.
Assisting in the preparation of Bi-Monthly VAT returns & monthly tax returns.
Corresponding with Suppliers and customers
Processing of creditor invoices and supplier payments
Preparation of management accounts
Bank and Credit card reconciliation
Assisting with Invoice, statements and collection.
Office duties

Diary Management.
Email Management.
Answering and directing incoming calls.
Data entry and general admin duties.
Helping set up for meetings.
General administration support to staff
Assisting Head of Department as required
The Ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

Previous experience working in reception or in a busy client facing position.

Experience with basic bookkeeping duties such as bank reconciliations, VAT returns and invoicing.

Excellent work ethic with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude.

Strong organisation and communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Previous exposure to an accounting software would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work on own initiative
